Frequently Asked Questions
Do you supply a trash can?
     
You can rent a can from us for $5.00 a month. Our cans are in limited supply, contact us to see if we have any available. If it becomes broken or damaged, you are responsible for replacement.

What time do you pick up?
     
Pick up starts at 7:00 am on the day of service.

When is my payment due?
     
For New Customers: Your 1st payment must be paid prior to receiving services.
For Current Customers: All payments are due on or before your due date unless you are setup on BillPay or Auto-billing. If your payment is not received on or before you due date, your services will be placed on hold until it is made in full.

What areas are you providing service to?
     
Currently we are servicing the Startzville, Sattler, Canyon Lake, North side of the lake, Indian Hills, Mystic Shores, Deer River, River Chase, Clear Water, FM 311, FM 484, FM 3424, Hwy 281(From FM 311 to FM 306), and some rural areas towards New Braunfels off of FM 306 but call us to see if we are in your area as we are continually expanding.

My services are on hold, what do I need to do to restore them?
     
You need to contact our office to find out the amount that you owe. If your account has been on hold for 30 days or more, you will need to repay the Setup & Processing fee as well as the amount due for the quarter.

Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds for partial quarters of service that have been paid for and remain unused once you cancel your account with us. If you anticipate moving or otherwise canceling prior to the end of a quarterly billing period, you can pay monthly instead of the entire quarter. Just call our office to make arrangements. Military personel who receive orders to move or deploy will be given refunds upon request.

If you are granted a refund, it will be issued on the 1st of the following month.
